手持電子張力計用於測量低張力的纖維和紗線等等。大部分用於循環編織機器。
有著小型測量頭的手持式裝置適合進入受限的空間應用，質量輕巧。
特點:
l 圓椎狀的導向輪使得材料易於導入且便於旋轉儀器
l 在每一個測量姿勢皆可自動歸零設定
l 左右手皆可操作使用
l 可調式電子阻尼提供穩定的張力讀值
l 當一連串的測量結束時會顯示平均值
l 帶有球軸承的V型導向輪
l 測量單位cN與 g 可轉換
