MANUAL mode

Operates for a fixed period of time at a fixed frequency.
By using a fixed frequency, the Tester can perform durability tests and find resonance points.
 

RANDOM mode

For each program, the frequency and operation time can be set at will within a 10 step range.
Screening efficiency is improved by combining different frequencies and operation times.
 

SWEEP mode

Operates by vibrating up and down within predetermined Lo and Hi frequency limits for a predetermined time period.
The sweep function, which is capable of covering a wide range of frequencies, makes the tester suitable for determining durability characteristics and finding the resonance point.
 

MANUAL ROTATION Mode

Our company's original vibration mode. Through manual operation, the left to right vibration can be set to reverse direction for each cycle.

By rotating and reversing the direction of vibration it can detect loose screws, recreate conditions that can result in equipment malfunction, etc.

Can be integrated into the free flow conveyer system. It is comprised of the vibrator unit and the control unit. The up and down movement of the vibration table is generated by air cylinders. The control unit is of the stand-alone type

Suitable for vibration tests conducted in temperature controlled rooms. The vibration unit can be placed in the chamber and can operate within a temperature range of -5℃ to +50℃.
