Meets or exceeds: ASTM D 4752, ASTM D 2486; ASTM D 5402; ISO 50230
The MEK Rub Test machine has been developed to combat the problem of inconsistent test results. This semi automated machine gives the line operator and quality control personnel the ability to duplicate results from the laboratory to the production line.
Hands off testing, Repeatable test results
Intrinsically safe - no electric involved
Constant pressure, Dead Weight Rubbing Block
Simple operation
Metered orifice with auto shutoff to provide consistent flow of MEK
Can be easily used for test to failure
Hand contact with MEK minimized, solvent added by means of squeeze bottle
Controlled Stroke count. Can be set 1 - 9999 strokes
Flow Controlled 425cc MEK reservoir capacity

Variable Stroke Kit - The variable stroke kit allows the user to run non-standard size panels so that a customer can test panels that are shorter in length than what is called for in the standards testing methods. When ordered with the machine as an option will be pre-installed at the factory. The kit can be added to the machine at anytime and only requires a basic amount of tools to retrofit to the machine.

MEK-Genie Data Collection Kit - The data collection kit is a add on interface that connects to the machine to allow the operators to collect data pertaining to the tests performed by the machine. This kit can be added to the system at any time and requires no tools to install. The machines are all equipped from the factory with a plug in port that only requires the addition of the software and connector kit. For customers that are already using the DJH Designs Film Build Software System the data collection kit plugs directly into the DJH PCI interface that is included with the DJH View Software. For new customers or customers requiring this to be connected to a different PC they will need to order the PC interface to connect the data kit to the PC.
